Yoga Sessions

A dedicated Yoga practice that includes breathing techniques, behavioral guidelines, and physical postures will be incredibly valuable for your children.
Our Yoga class is instructed twice a month by a certified Yoga instructor .
Yoga is great for the body, mind and spirit of all aged practitioners! Whether you are 80 or 6 months old… stretching and building strength is fun, relaxing and good for all aspects of life. Children and infants love the challenge of balancing and their bodies and minds benefit fro the challenge and focus.
